The platform, which currently serves over 50,000 businesses, aims to solve the persistent challenge of manual data analysis. While 98% of marketers report positive results from QR-based efforts, a third struggle to track performance consistently. Una addresses this by summarizing trends and highlighting engagement patterns, effectively turning scan data into a roadmap for future campaigns.
Beyond data interpretation, the assistant functions as a creative engine. Users can generate branded QR codes, Linkpages, and feedback forms simply by describing their intent in plain language. This shift treats QR codes not merely as functional utilities, but as strategic brand touchpoints that require design consistency.
Integration with external AI ecosystems is a core component of this rollout. Uniqode has introduced an MCP connector allowing teams to manage codes and pull organization-wide reporting directly within the Claude workspace, with a ChatGPT connector scheduled for release later this year. Co-Founder and CTO Ravi Pratap Maddimsetty described the tool as a co-pilot meant to illuminate the customer journey following a scan. The assistant is available to all current customers effective immediately.
