The IPO announcement follows the successful completion of a Series B funding round. The round drew support from existing backers like POSCO Technology Investment, KB Investment, and Enlight Ventures, alongside new strategic industrial partners including Daesung Hi-Tech and HL Mando. This influx of capital supports the company’s core focus on the Delto Gripper series, a line of multi-jointed robotic hands built on proprietary actuator technology.

Tesollo is currently refining its AI-based manipulation algorithms to improve task precision in manufacturing and logistics sectors. With products now exported to 19 countries, the firm has reached a tipping point where overseas sales exceed domestic revenue. CEO Young-Jin Kim stated that the public offering is intended to solidify trust with international clients while accelerating the expansion of mass production capabilities. As the humanoid robotics sector matures, the company aims to leverage this growth to cement its standing as a global leader in high-precision gripping technology.
