H.E. Dr. Ahmed Naser Al-Raisi, who led INTERPOL from 2021 to 2025, has been appointed Chairman of Alif Holding. The Abu Dhabi-based subsidiary of Robo.ai Inc. operates as an intelligent industrial technology group, focusing on security and mission-critical AI systems for government and public-sector infrastructure projects.

The appointment, effective immediately, places the former security leader at the helm of a company designed to integrate software and equipment platforms. Alif Holding centers its operations on the UAE National Strategy for Artificial Intelligence 2031, targeting sectors such as energy, mining, public safety, and smart city development. The firm emphasizes "Made in UAE" manufacturing and open-architecture systems to meet rigorous security and reliability standards required for government-grade deployments.

Dr. Al-Raisi brings four decades of experience in digital transformation and global security governance to the role. His mandate includes overseeing corporate governance, risk management, and compliance standards as the group scales its footprint from the GCC region to international markets. He currently serves as Chairman of Neurovia AI, another Robo.ai subsidiary. According to the company, his expertise in sovereign-grade AI frameworks is intended to bolster the group's positioning as a trusted partner for critical infrastructure operators.
