The company’s consolidated net revenues reached NT$191,064 million for the quarter, marking a 26.7% increase year-over-year and a 10% rise over the previous quarter. This surge in performance was largely driven by the firm's assembly and testing operations, which generated NT$126,148 million in revenue—a 36.3% increase compared to 2Q25. Gross margins for the overall business improved to 21%, up one percentage point from the first quarter of 2026.
While the semiconductor assembly and testing segment saw significant growth, the company’s Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) division reported revenues of NT$65,789 million. Despite this revenue increase, the EMS segment experienced a slight compression in margins, with operating margins dipping to 2.4% from 3% in the prior quarter. Looking ahead, ASE Technology continues to scale its capital investments, with equipment expenditures reaching US$1,695 million this quarter to support its global manufacturing footprint across Asia, the Americas, and Europe.
