Lauren Kochan, CEO of Alloyed, stated that the move is designed to bridge the gap between testing AI and achieving tangible execution. By combining Alloyed’s managed business solutions with SimpliSmart’s automation technology, the companies intend to reduce operational complexity and manual labor, allowing AI to act as a decision-making layer within existing enterprise applications.
Matt Gustitus, CEO of SimpliSmart, emphasized that the true value of the technology emerges only when it is embedded into end-to-end processes rather than deployed in isolation. The firms plan to launch joint go-to-market initiatives to support this transition, starting with an executive webinar titled "From Automation to Agentic AI: Building the Next Generation of Managed Services," scheduled for August 20, 2026.
