Grail Faces Class Action Over Failed NHS-Galleri Cancer Trial

Investors who purchased Grail, Inc. stock between May 13, 2025, and February 19, 2026, face a critical deadline of August 4, 2026, to join a securities class action. The lawsuit follows a 50.55% collapse in share price after the company revealed its NHS-Galleri trial failed to meet primary endpoints.

Grail Faces Class Action Over Failed NHS-Galleri Cancer Trial

The legal action, filed by Levi & Korsinsky, LLP, alleges that Grail’s leadership withheld internal data indicating that the three-year trial design was insufficient to demonstrate a statistically significant reduction in Stage III and IV cancers. While public statements from management touted confidence in the trial’s progress, the complaint contends that the company possessed granular screening results that signaled impending failure months before the public disclosure.

According to the allegations, Grail executives framed the decision to limit data disclosure as a measure to protect trial integrity. Investors claim this strategy masked the reality that the trial was not tracking toward its primary endpoint. When the failure was eventually disclosed in February 2026, the stock price fell by $51.32 per share. The firm maintains that these actions prevented shareholders from making informed decisions, artificially inflating the company's market valuation throughout the class period.
