Beyond domestic growth, the funding supports a push into the European market, highlighted by the opening of a new office in Reading, U.K. This follows recent international expansion into Brisbane and Dubai. With over 70,000 organizations already utilizing its platform, ThreatLocker aims to simplify the deployment of Zero Trust architectures, which have historically been viewed as overly complex for large-scale enterprise environments.
Existing backers D. E. Shaw Ventures and Arthur Ventures participated in the round alongside Elephant. Koch Disruptive Technologies intends to integrate its industry network and resources to assist in the firm’s scaling efforts. BofA Securities acted as the exclusive placement agent, while Latham & Watkins LLP provided legal counsel for the transaction.
