The facility will utilize INNIO Jenbacher gas engines to produce electricity, heat, and cooling from a single fuel source. By capturing exhaust heat to generate 130°C superheated water for pasta processing and employing an absorption chiller for cooling, the system aims to substantially optimize the plant's thermal efficiency. Clarke Energy will manage the project from design through to long-term maintenance, ensuring consistent uptime for the manufacturer.

Beyond the initial installation, the company has committed to a long-term service agreement to oversee the equipment, aiming to provide Capraci with both operational reliability and reduced environmental impact as the company scales its production.
