To qualify, FlyteHealth implemented IAL2-level identity verification and integrated directly with CMS-aligned networks, allowing beneficiaries to share health records without needing traditional patient portal logins. The platform uses this clinical data to drive personalized pathways for managing conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, and obesity.

Ishraf Ahmad, the company’s Chief Product and Technology Officer, noted that meeting these standards allows the platform to use lab results and medication histories to tailor care from the initial visit. According to Chief Commercial Officer Darin Moore, the certification serves as independent validation for health plans and employers seeking patient-centered care solutions. Data from a Milliman analysis supports these outcomes, showing 86% patient adherence at 12 months and significant weight loss among users. A separate 2026 Segal Group evaluation of the State of Connecticut Health Plan credited the platform with $29.7 million in pharmacy cost avoidance.
