Trek Health’s OpenPayer platform hits 25,000 monthly users

The platform consolidates data from over 150,000 commercial health plan policies into a single interface. By streamlining how medical groups and health systems monitor policy fluctuations, the software aims to minimize the administrative burden typically associated with revenue cycle management. Users currently utilize the system's Policy Watchlists to receive automated alerts regarding changes that directly impact their billing operations.

Dilpreet Sahota, CEO of Trek Health, noted that the rapid adoption underscores how difficult it has become for provider organizations to keep pace with evolving payer requirements. Looking ahead, the company intends to broaden its payer coverage and integrate additional AI-driven capabilities to further refine the platform's predictive monitoring. Trek Health remains focused on scaling these tools to support hospitals and medical groups in negotiating payer contracts and protecting overall revenue streams.
