The new downtown outlet will operate daily from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m., offering dine-in, take-out, and catering services. This expansion deepens the brand's connection to the Bay Area, a region that has hosted Jollibee since the company opened its first U.S. location in nearby Daly City nearly three decades ago. The brand has maintained strong local ties, including an ongoing partnership with the Golden State Warriors for the 2026–2027 season.
To mark the grand opening, the company plans a three-day giveaway event for early customers. The first 100 patrons each day will receive branded rewards, ranging from a year’s supply of their signature Chickenjoy fried chicken on opening day to commemorative merchandise throughout the weekend. According to Beth Dela Cruz, President of Jollibee North America, the choice of a central San Francisco site is a strategic move to accelerate growth across California, where additional stores in Oxnard and Elk Grove are currently in development.
