Lennox Secures Dual HVAC All-Star Honors for Innovation and Service

The Strategos rooftop units secured the top spot in the Commercial Product category by blending ultra-high-efficiency heating and cooling with an electrification-ready architecture. Available in heat pump and dual-fuel configurations, the system utilizes the Lennox CORE Control System to assist technicians with real-time visibility and simplified retrofit installations. Joe Nassab, Executive Vice President of Building Climate Solutions, noted that the design focuses on helping building owners manage the shift toward electrification without sacrificing serviceability.

Dave Chatmon, a district manager with 18 years at Lennox, received the HVAC Legend award for a career spanning more than 40 years. His tenure is marked by his focus on mentorship and professional development, most notably through the creation of the Lennox Vision Tech training initiative. Beyond technical education, Chatmon helped launch the Feel the Love program, which supplies heating and cooling systems to families and organizations in need across North America. Sarah Martin, Executive Vice President of Home Comfort Solutions, credited Chatmon with strengthening the broader HVAC community through his long-term investment in industry talent.
