The project represents a shift in strategy for Van Metre Homes, focusing on high-end customization and a digital-first sales process. Each four-level unit offers up to 3,086 square feet, including five bedrooms and 4.5 baths. Buyers can select from 20 personalization options, ranging from residential elevators and wet bars to specific interior finishes. Unlike typical townhome designs, these properties are configured to ensure private backyards do not face neighboring homes.
Kevin Rabil, President of Homes and Manufacturing, described the project as a departure from the company’s traditional developments, targeting buyers seeking elevated, walkable lifestyles. The site offers direct access to Kingstowne Towne Center, local trails, and recreational facilities, including pools and pickleball courts managed by the Kingstowne Residential Owners Corporation. For the company, which traces its roots to nearby Burke Lake seven decades ago, the development serves as a return to its origins in the region.
Prospective owners can join an Early Access waitlist to view site plans and pricing. The company intends to facilitate the entire reservation process online, allowing for contract signings before the community’s general launch. Construction is scheduled to begin later this year, with initial homesites slated to deliver following the completion of the early reservation period.
