Guests will be treated to a catered reception while Brazilian guitarist Fabio Mendonca provides a live acoustic backdrop, blending traditional bossa nova rhythms with American storytelling. The gallery’s anniversary auction showcases a wide array of paintings, jewelry, and handcrafted works, with the full catalog launching online August 1 at lockhousegallery.com.
Founded in May 2025 by painter and metalsmith Kimberly Yourick, the gallery has quickly gained regional traction, earning upcoming features in American Art Collector magazine. Yourick oversees a roster of 31 artists, many of whom studied under influential instructor Walter Bartman. The collection spans diverse styles from realism and impressionism to neo-expressionism and abstract sculpture.
