Jaguar Uranium, which holds exploration assets in Argentina and Colombia, has also retained Manifest Industries to navigate Washington’s complex defense and logistics agencies. By securing the expertise of General Flynn, the company aims to frame its South American portfolio as a viable, non-allied alternative for uranium development. The firm’s management expects this strategic pivot to attract government interest as policymakers prioritize the diversification of energy and defense materials.
Steven Gold, CEO of Jaguar, noted that the partnership is designed to bridge the gap between exploration-stage projects and long-term national security priorities. While Jaguar’s current holdings—including the Laguna Salada project in Argentina and the Berlin project in Colombia—lack established mineral reserves, the company is positioning itself to capitalize on the increasing U.S. emphasis on Western Hemisphere partnerships. General Flynn, known for his work in military modernization and regional security, will advise on how these assets align with the government’s industrial and defense requirements.
