Central to the renovation is the relocation of research labs into more accessible, high-tech environments, intended to accelerate product development for water and fluid transport systems.
During the ribbon-cutting ceremony, President John Reutter emphasized that the workspace redesign aims to harmonize the legacy of the Uponor brand with GF’s global identity. The office now features art installations from Twin Cities creators, reflecting a blend of Swiss corporate heritage and local Midwestern roots. The event drew participation from Apple Valley Mayor Clint Hooppaw and included a virtual address from U.S. Senator Amy Klobuchar, highlighting the site's role as a regional hub for industrial innovation.
