The facility, located near the intersection of Walnut Grove Road and FM 1387, aims to reduce local reliance on emergency departments for routine medical needs. Operating Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and weekends from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., the clinic provides pediatric care, sports physicals, and chronic condition management. Patients may choose between walk-ins, scheduled appointments, virtual visits, or house calls.
Dr. Payam Zamani, founder and CEO, noted that the expansion targets a community where new residents often face long wait times to find providers accepting new patients. By offering a $39 monthly private-pay membership for the uninsured alongside standard insurance acceptance, the clinic positions itself as an accessible medical home for the city’s 49,000 residents. This opening marks another step in the Phoenix-based organization's growth, which now encompasses over 80 locations across Arizona and Texas.
