Grassa brings a substantial track record to PGP, having guided over $1 billion in transaction volume across behavioral health and physician practice management sectors. His appointment comes as the firm experiences a period of rapid internal growth; PGP plans to double its physical office footprint in Boston this August to accommodate an expanding headcount and a rising number of client engagements.
Managing Partner Michael Kroin noted that the firm has completed more than 90 transactions over the last eight years, positioning Grassa’s expertise as a catalyst for deeper sector coverage. For his part, Grassa pointed to the firm's specialized platform and reputation as the primary drivers for his transition. He will focus on advising founders, private equity firms, and healthcare operators as they navigate complex sales and capital raises in an increasingly dynamic market environment.
