The expansion follows a strategic partnership signed July 20 with the Korean American Chamber of Commerce of Washington State (KACCWA). By replacing manual CRM data entry with automated contact capture and real-time follow-up, the company promises to shrink the typical five-day post-event response window to near-instantaneous execution.
During the expo, scheduled for August 14–16, exhibitors will use the software to manage digital connections before, during, and after meetings. CoBALT CEO Haeil Yi noted that the platform was designed to prevent the common loss of momentum that occurs when companies fail to capitalize on initial handshakes. Following the Seattle event, the firm intends to deploy its technology across a broader range of North American industry conferences and enterprise sales organizations, building on its existing footprint in Singapore, Japan, and the UAE.
