The bank’s performance reflects a broader growth strategy, with total loans rising 9.6% to $547 million and total deposits increasing 14.2% to $560 million compared to mid-2025. CEO Anker Fanoe attributed these results to organic growth efforts, which included strategic investments in new personnel for loan and deposit production. While increased operating costs accompanied this expansion, they were largely offset by higher interest income and improved net interest margins, which reached 3.82% for the quarter.
Financial stability remains a central pillar of the company's outlook, as evidenced by a 12.60% Community Bank Leverage Ratio, well above the regulatory threshold. CFO Steve Leen noted that the bank maintains a robust liquidity position, with on-balance sheet and contingent liquidity totaling 134% of uninsured deposits. Despite the competitive environment in California’s banking sector, the firm reported that credit quality remains high, with non-performing loans holding steady at 0.04% of gross loans.
