Rock brings an extensive background to the role, having previously operated his own agency while advising independent owners on market transitions and valuation. His career includes a tenure at JobsOhio as Managing Director of Financial Services, where he managed portfolios exceeding $300 million and oversaw large-scale project management initiatives. This deep familiarity with both the public sector and private insurance landscape aligns with INFORCE’s strategy of positioning itself as a partner that requires no ramp-up time to understand client business pressures.
CEO Brian MacKenzie noted that Rock’s appointment is designed to deepen client relationships across policy administration, underwriting, and billing. For his part, Rock highlighted that his transition to INFORCE is driven by the firm’s reputation for technical delivery rooted in domain expertise. A graduate of Franklin University with an MBA and a Six Sigma Black Belt, Rock will now focus on connecting insurance organizations with the specialized talent necessary to execute technology projects with greater precision.
