RESET Hotel Joins Marriott Bonvoy’s Outdoor Collection

The Twentynine Palms retreat represents the first ground-up hotel construction in the area in over 15 years. Its design philosophy emphasizes a seamless transition between interior spaces and the rugged landscape, featuring private patios equipped with daybeds and fire pits. Every guest room includes dedicated stargazing platforms, leveraging the region's exceptionally dark night skies.

Beyond its architectural footprint, the property offers a suite of wellness amenities, including a saltwater pool, sauna, and cold plunge facilities. The hotel has also established programming that leans into its proximity to the national park, ranging from astronomy sessions led by former NASA and JPL scientists to creative residency projects. Diana Plazas-Trowbridge, an executive at Marriott International, noted that the property aligns with the collection’s goal of providing nature-focused travel without sacrificing modern convenience. Guests can now utilize the Marriott Bonvoy program to earn and redeem points for stays, integrating this independent desert destination into the wider global network.
