Beth Bogacz Appointed Vice President of Human Resources at NICB

Bogacz joins the bureau from AbelsonTaylor, where she served as Senior Vice President of People Experience. Her tenure there focused on driving leadership development and fostering high-performing internal cultures. Before that, she held human resources leadership positions at various professional services firms, including Critical Mass and Upshot.

Carolyn Bellisio, NICB’s Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, noted that Bogacz will work directly with leadership to refine the organization’s Total Rewards programs and workforce innovation strategies. Bogacz holds a bachelor’s degree from Northern Illinois University and maintains professional credentials as a PHR and SHRM-CP, as well as a DDI Certified Facilitator.
