The collaboration integrates AssureCare’s AI-powered population health management platform with the clinical transformation expertise of CURIS, which has guided over 300 health centers nationwide. By combining consulting strategy with an all-in-one digital system, the firms intend to help clinics satisfy the five strategic goals of the CMS-led RHT program, ranging from workforce strengthening to long-term innovation.
AssureCare CEO Yousuf Ahmad emphasized that the platform is designed to consolidate care management, patient engagement, and nutrition pathways into a single workflow. This approach allows health teams to focus on patient outcomes rather than managing disconnected software. Shannon Nielson, founder of CURIS, noted that the primary challenge for FQHCs is converting federal dollars into sustainable systems that function long after the grant cycles conclude. The two companies will detail their implementation strategy during a live webinar scheduled for July 28, 2026.
