Starting August 3, 2026, consumers can purchase the panel through the Labcorp OnDemand platform to screen for risks related to hereditary cancers, as well as cardiovascular and metabolic conditions. The process involves a professional blood draw at one of the company's 2,200 nationwide service centers, with samples processed through Labcorp’s established clinical genetic infrastructure, including its Invitae capabilities.
Dr. Leslie Saltzman, vice president of consumer health solutions, noted that the service aims to identify health risks before symptoms manifest. To ensure the findings are actionable, the package includes access to licensed genetic counselors who help interpret reports delivered via the MyLabcorp AI-powered mobile platform. While these results provide significant insight, the company emphasizes that they are not diagnostic and should be evaluated alongside a patient's personal and family medical history.
