The acquisition integrates In-Store Media’s established network—which spans nine countries and maintains relationships with 90 retail banners and 1,600 brands—into Vusion’s broader connected store ecosystem. In 2025, the Spanish firm reported approximately €120 million in revenue, driven by a diverse portfolio of over 50 print and digital advertising solutions. By leveraging Vusion’s AI-powered digitalization platform, the combined entity intends to create a real-time, measurable advertising engine that capitalizes on high foot traffic.
Thierry Gadou, Chairman and CEO of Vusion, identified physical stores as the next frontier for digital media, noting that the company’s strategy involves turning store traffic into new revenue streams. Fernando de Vicente, CEO of In-Store Media, emphasized that joining Vusion provides the necessary scale and technology to digitize in-store retail media at a global level. The transaction, which has received board approval, is expected to be financed through debt and remains subject to customary regulatory conditions.
