MIAMI REALTORS Completes Second Major Merger in Southeast Florida

The world’s largest local real estate association, MIAMI REALTORS + RWorld, has absorbed the Martin County REALTORS of the Treasure Coast, marking its second major expansion in just over two months. This consolidation creates a unified Multiple Listing Service (MLS) spanning a five-county corridor from Miami-Dade to St. Lucie.

The merger solidifies a regional network now serving nearly 7 million residents across 15 offices. By integrating the Martin County organization, the association expands its reach to approximately 94,000 members, further cementing its position as the nation's third-largest MLS. The move aims to provide a more comprehensive dataset for professionals operating within the competitive Southeast Florida market.

Co-CEOs Dionna Hall and Teresa King Kinney emphasized that the integration is designed to bolster regional advocacy and technological resources. For members of the Martin County REALTORS, the transition grants immediate access to expanded platforms, including both Flexmls and Matrix, alongside a broader suite of 300 products and services. The unification of the Treasure Coast marketplace is intended to streamline real estate operations across the 120-mile stretch, providing agents with greater listing exposure and data-sharing capabilities.
