The partnership leverages Risinger’s reputation for evaluating building science to vet Digs' suite of tools, which includes AI-powered takeoffs and automated project data management. By transforming static plans and disconnected emails into searchable digital records, the platform seeks to solve the persistent issue of information silos in residential construction. Ryan Fink, CEO of Digs, stated that the goal is to unlock the data trapped within project files, allowing builders to make more informed decisions.
Risinger, who founded The Build Show Network, noted that he intends to guide contractors through the transition by highlighting specific applications that deliver measurable results, such as 3D digital twin technology and automated warranty management. The collaboration will produce a series of educational resources, including podcasts and product demonstrations, designed to help builders of all sizes adopt technology that reduces rework and improves profitability.
