The acquisition, expected to close this quarter, targets the untapped potential of customer data already sitting within direct-to-consumer and ecommerce brands. By deploying AI agents that identify high-intent prospects and personalize outreach, GR0 AI seeks to turn dormant leads and abandoned carts into active sales. In an early trial, the system was associated with $350,000 in sales for a brand generating $1 million in total revenue.
Ultimate Deployment founder Ben Ganz, who previously engineered AI-driven interactive voice experiences for major entertainment brands, will lead the technical integration. The new system functions as a centralized intelligence layer, mapping a company’s institutional knowledge to allow AI agents to handle two-way conversations and escalate complex sales opportunities to human teams. GR0 co-founders Kevin Miller and Jon Zacharias plan to scale this capability to hundreds of clients, focusing on full attribution and incrementality reporting to prove the commercial impact of the automated revenue systems.
