EQ Retirement Solutions currently manages pension administration for over 10 million members, while Lenvi oversees more than £100 billion in credit assets for over 150 lenders. Frank Baker and Grant Weisberg, the firm's leadership, noted that the decision provides these businesses with the focused resources necessary to accelerate their market momentum. The separation ensures that clients continue to receive uninterrupted support while the companies leverage new capital to enhance their proprietary software capabilities.
