Fractal Analytics Reports 92% Net Income Surge on AI Demand

The company’s growth was driven primarily by its Healthcare and Life Sciences division, which saw a 69% increase, making it the second-largest segment in the firm's portfolio. Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance operations also posted strong results with 36% growth. While Consumer Packaged Goods and Retail maintained steady momentum at 19%, the underperformance of the TMT sector acted as a drag on overall headline figures.

Group CEO Srikanth Velamakanni noted that excluding the TMT segment, the underlying business grew by 35%. He pointed to a shift in market behavior, where enterprises are allocating larger budgets specifically for AI transformation. This demand is evidenced by a Net Revenue Retention rate of 117% and a Net Promoter Score of 77, signaling deep integration with existing client infrastructures.

Profitability metrics improved across the board, with gross margins reaching 46% and adjusted EBITDA margins climbing 189 basis points to 17%. As data sovereignty becomes a critical priority, Fractal is positioning its flagship agentic AI platform, Cogentiq, to capture further market share by working across diverse models and infrastructures.
