Bleyer will receive the honor during the American Association for Justice (AAJ) Annual Convention in Chicago, held July 24–28. The accolade, sponsored by Advocate Capital, acknowledges her contributions to continuing legal education, community service, and the broader advancement of the paralegal profession.
Her transition to the legal field followed a tenure as a senior-level insurance claims adjuster, a background that provides her with critical insight into how complex claims are evaluated and defended. Today, she leverages that expertise as a State Bar of Wisconsin Certified Paralegal and an active member of the Academy of Truck Accident Attorneys. Beyond her case work, Bleyer serves as Central Region Director for the Paralegal Association of Wisconsin and maintains a seat on a task force for the Wisconsin Access to Justice Commission. This recognition follows her 2025 Paralegal of the Year win from the Wisconsin Association for Justice, cementing her reputation as a leader in building high-performing legal support teams.
