The facility functions as a comprehensive health hub, offering physical therapy, care management, and navigation services alongside standard primary care. By staffing the center with a dedicated Premise Health team, the manufacturer aims to bypass traditional healthcare hurdles, providing both in-person consultations and virtual support through a digital portal. This expansion follows a similar project completed earlier this year at Greenheck’s flagship campus in Schofield, Wisconsin, which serves roughly 2,500 staff members.
Carrie Strobel, chief human resources officer at Greenheck Group, noted that the initiative focuses on increasing affordability and convenience for the local workforce. Beth Ratliff, chief operating officer at Premise Health, characterized the opening as an extension of the company’s push toward whole-person care models. The Shelby site is now operational, marking another step in the partnership between the two organizations to decentralize healthcare delivery for industrial employees.
