This workflow relies on Saige Assist, a generative AI tool grounded in a company’s specific playbooks, which performs redlining and risk assessments while maintaining internal standards.

CEO David Hull noted that the move is designed to maximize the utility of agreements throughout their entire lifecycle, ensuring that signed contracts continue to deliver value via automated obligation tracking. Chief Product Officer Kyle Myers emphasized that by operating within the tools teams already use, the system accelerates decision-making and ensures enterprise-wide compliance. The platform is available immediately for organizations looking to consolidate their contract management tools under their existing Microsoft agreements.
