The combined company will split its operations into Americas Consumer, International Consumer, Global Food Service, and Global Flavor. This structure is designed to leverage the scale of retail operations while maintaining specialized focus on restaurant and industrial supply channels. Americas Consumer and International Consumer will handle retail sales of spices, condiments, and seasonings, while Global Food Service will integrate Unilever’s culinary expertise with McCormick’s front-of-house brand strength.
Leadership of the new entity will feature a mix of executives from both firms, with Brendan Foley remaining as Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer. To reflect its expanded global footprint, the company will maintain its primary listing on the New York Stock Exchange while pursuing a secondary listing in London. Operations will be anchored by the existing Hunt Valley, Maryland headquarters and a new international base in the Netherlands, where the firm will continue to utilize Unilever’s research and development facilities.
