The partnership leverages Nautical Ventures' 2024 Boating Industry Top 100 status to anchor the European manufacturer’s presence in the competitive Florida market. Under the terms of the deal, the dealership will manage the full customer lifecycle, including product consultation, sea trials, and after-sales maintenance. While the initial focus centers on conventional dayboats, the collaboration signals a strategic alignment between the parties to explore the broader introduction of electric vessels.
Vision Marine Technologies, which owns Nautical Ventures, is positioning this move as a key component of its vertically integrated growth strategy. The company has already demonstrated the technical feasibility of its E-Motion 180E high-voltage system on the STERK 31E platform. By combining STERK’s engineering with Vision Marine’s proprietary propulsion and the established sales infrastructure of Nautical Ventures, the partners aim to bridge the gap between high-performance design and sustainable marine technology. Future scaling of electric offerings remains subject to regulatory validation and production capacity.
