The Broomfield-based firm announced the appointments of Robin Schulman as Chief Legal Officer and Rory O'Byrne as Chief People Officer, both of whom report directly to President and CEO Rajeeb Hazra.

Schulman arrives with two decades of experience in legal and executive roles, most notably serving as Chief Legal Officer and Head of Corporate Affairs at GitLab. Her background includes steering high-growth technology companies through strategic transformations and public offerings, with prior tenures at Couchbase, New Relic, and Adobe. She assumes the roles of CLO and Company Secretary effective July 13, 2026.

O'Byrne, who joined the company on May 26, 2026, brings a 25-year history in global human resources across sectors including energy and industrial technology. He previously served as Chief People Officer for Advanced Energy. CEO Rajeeb Hazra noted that these hires are intended to provide the leadership expertise necessary to scale operations and accelerate the commercialization of the company’s trapped-ion quantum systems.
