The bank’s performance was bolstered by a 3.4% increase in total loans, reaching $6.42 billion, and a 3.7% rise in total deposits to $6.32 billion. Management attributed the results to a strategy focused on disciplined market share growth and internal infrastructure investment, including new automation and artificial intelligence tools designed to improve long-term operating leverage.
Asset quality metrics showed clear improvement over the previous quarter. Net charge-offs as a percentage of average loans fell sharply to 0.07% from 0.91%, while non-performing loans dropped to 0.43% of the total portfolio. Reflecting this stability, the board declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.07 per share, payable on August 19, 2026, to shareholders of record as of August 5.
