The two newly acquired facilities—located at 401 Horsham Road and 500 Forty Foot Road—will transition to the vybe brand. This integration brings Dr. Erik Soiferman, founder of Liberty Urgent Care, into the organization as the new Vice President of Occupational Medicine Services. The move is designed to bolster vybe’s capacity to support local businesses and government agencies with workplace health solutions.
Peter Hotz, President and CEO of vybe, noted that the expansion was fueled by growth-oriented refinancing secured through Live Oak Bank. This capital infusion is intended to support further acquisitions and site development as the provider seeks to increase its market share across the greater Philadelphia area. All vybe centers, including the new additions, maintain accreditation from the Urgent Care Association, covering a range of services from digital X-rays and lab testing to physicals and injury treatment.
