The integration leverages the Model Context Protocol (MCP), enabling the Sales Qualification Agent to pull specific data points—such as technology stacks, IT spending patterns, and strategic business priorities—without requiring custom middleware or additional logins. By registering the Draup MCP server within Copilot Studio, administrators can configure the agent to automatically enrich every lead with synthesized insights that go beyond standard firmographics.
Once deployed, the enriched data appears in the "Deeper Insights" section of the lead research page. This allows sales representatives to access a prioritized account brief immediately upon lead generation. For sales organizations, the shift moves the burden of research from manual effort to an automated process, ensuring that every lead is qualified with the same level of depth regardless of the individual representative's experience. Draup’s current architecture supports account profiling and outreach triggers, with plans to expand into opportunity scoring and competitive displacement signals.
