The collaboration connects Realcomp’s regional network of brokers and agents directly to Crexi’s national audience, which currently sees more than 23 million users annually. By automating the distribution of listings, agents can bypass redundant uploads while ensuring that inquiries from potential investors or tenants are routed directly to the listing agent at no additional cost.
Michael DeGiorgio, founder and CEO of Crexi, stated that the integration is designed to reduce friction in the marketing process. Similarly, Realcomp CEO Karen Kage noted that the move is part of an effort to expand property visibility beyond the local MLS environment. With over $2.74 trillion in property value processed through Crexi to date, the deal provides Michigan-based real estate professionals a broader reach for their listings, helping them connect with a larger pool of qualified buyers and tenants.
