The new offering, set for the January 2027 plan year, emerged following a rigorous evaluation of Imagine360’s administrative services against Health Rosetta’s Nautilus framework. By standardizing plan design and integrating partners across primary care, mental health, and oncology, the companies intend to strip away the complexity often associated with high-performing health plans.
Jeff Bak, CEO of Imagine360, noted that the current system fails to offer sustainable value to families, necessitating a shift toward more predictable, performance-based pricing. The collaboration provides advisors with tools for implementation, analytics, and compliance, while maintaining the flexibility to incorporate traditional network options for employers transitioning to new strategies. Choice360 will officially debut at RosettaFest 2026, marking a strategic attempt to scale proven cost-containment measures to a wider market of self-funded businesses.
