The lawsuit claims that Hub Group issued misleading financial statements from the first quarter of 2023 through the fourth quarter of 2024. These reports allegedly contained errors regarding operating revenue and income, stemming from the premature recognition of specific transactions. Furthermore, the complaint alleges that financial disclosures from early 2025 through the third quarter of that year understated transportation costs and accounts payable, obscuring the company’s actual operating expenses and internal control effectiveness.
Rosen Law Firm, which filed the action, is currently soliciting participants to act as lead plaintiff. While the firm emphasizes its track record in securities litigation, investors retain the right to select their own counsel or remain absent class members without taking immediate action. No class has been certified at this stage, meaning investors are not currently represented by any attorney unless they choose to retain one.
