HighPoint Exterior Expands into Tennessee with Five Points Roofing Deal

Founded in 2010 by Logan Hughes, Five Points Roofing has built a reputation for insurance claims management and residential restoration across the greater Nashville area. The existing management team, including President Matt Wilson and VP of Business Development Clay Watson, will remain at the helm as the company transitions under the HighPoint umbrella. The move serves as a key geographical expansion for HighPoint, which currently operates out of North Carolina.

Justin Terzo, Managing Partner at Lake Street Capital, cited the Nashville area's rapid real estate growth as a primary driver for the acquisition. For Five Points, the deal provides access to the capital and operational infrastructure necessary to scale their services throughout Tennessee. The transaction was supported by financing from Byline Sponsor Finance and NorthCoast Mezzanine, with legal and financial advisory services provided by Stinson LLP, Forvis Mazars, Hyde Park Capital Advisors, and Phelps Dunbar.
