His background includes extensive experience at Ford Motor Company and FordDirect, where he managed global marketing and regional operations. He takes over for Tim Kuniskis, who will retain his broader responsibilities overseeing North American marketing and retail strategy.
Branden Coté joins as CEO of the Jeep brand starting August 3. He arrives with two decades of experience spanning OEM and retail operations, including leadership roles at AutoNation, Aston Martin Lagonda, and Mercedes-AMG. Coté succeeds Bob Broderdorf, who is stepping away for medical leave and will transition into a new corporate role upon his return. Both VanDyke and Coté will report directly to Kuniskis as part of the company's effort to unify its American brand strategy.
