Cherokee Federal Secures Spot on NASA SEWP VI Contract

The NASA SEWP VI contract functions as a multiple-award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity agreement, designed to facilitate the procurement of IT, communications, and audiovisual solutions. By joining the roster, Cherokee Federal gains the ability to compete for task orders across defense, civilian, and intelligence sectors. The company intends to leverage this platform to deploy its expertise in cloud modernization, software engineering, and intelligent automation for a diverse range of federal clients.

Clint Bickett, President of Cherokee Federal, emphasized that the contract aligns with the need for acquisition vehicles that prioritize mission speed without sacrificing security. NASA recently finalized over 2,100 awards under this program, significantly expanding the pool of available vendors for enterprise modernization projects. This move marks a strategic expansion for the Tulsa-based contractor, which serves as the federal division of Cherokee Nation Businesses.
