Moët Hennessy and F1 Launch Exclusive Moving Dining Experience

Twelve guests will soon dine on the tarmac of the world's most iconic racing circuits. Moët Hennessy and Formula 1 have unveiled The Out Lap, a mobile hospitality concept that transports high-end gastronomy directly onto the track, turning the journey from the garage to the starting grid into a curated culinary event.

The inaugural edition debuts at the 2026 Belgian Grand Prix at Spa-Francorchamps, a venue chosen for its storied corners like Eau Rouge and Raidillon. The experience centers on a bespoke mobile dining room that traverses the circuit, making strategic stops at legendary locations. At each point, a former racing driver shares personal memories of the track, while a world-renowned chef interprets the history of the circuit through an exclusive, multi-course menu paired with Moët Hennessy spirits.

Yannick Alléno, the chef with the most Michelin stars globally, will curate the opening menu in Belgium. This initiative marks a major milestone in the ten-year partnership between the two brands, aiming to shift the focus from the grandstand to the track itself. Following its debut, the project will travel to the Dutch, Italian, and Spanish Grands Prix, with each stop featuring a unique route and culinary identity designed to honor the heritage of the specific host country.
