Developed by Neyer Properties, the expansion targets affluent enthusiast markets including Chicago, Indianapolis, Nashville, and Birmingham. While the company positions these spaces as more than mere storage, the Blue Ash facility offers 30 deeded garage suites in its first phase, with an additional 20 planned for the second. Units range from 1,200 to 1,600 square feet and feature climate control, 18-foot ceilings, and high-security infrastructure.
To manage growth, the developer is introducing Torque Black, a membership tier that provides access to nationwide sites and priority reservation status. The company is also implementing a StartLine Assurance policy, which guarantees a full refund of reservation fees should a community fail to reach completion. According to Chris Dobrozsi, Executive Vice President of Torque Motor Suites, the firm intends to maintain a deliberate pace, ensuring that all projects receive necessary local approvals before breaking ground through 2027.
