The platform functions as a centralized intake system, replacing fragmented tip lines with a unified pathway that evaluates submissions against a behavioral matrix of over 700 trafficking indicators. Operating in more than 200 languages, the app delivers classified, real-time data to police dashboards while simultaneously routing identified victims to the Safe House Project’s survivor support team and certified housing network.

Acting Superintendent Jeanne Hengemuhle emphasized that the initiative aims to bridge the gap between bystander observations and police intervention, noting that less than 1% of trafficking victims are typically identified nationwide. By launching the system during the state's largest-ever visitor surge, officials hope to establish a permanent infrastructure for reporting that persists well beyond the tournament. Residents can submit tips via the Simply Report app, the project's website, or by calling 1-833-5-BESAFE.
