Hitt is tasked with refining the company’s customer operations strategy and streamlining service delivery across its fiber network. The cooperative currently provides connectivity throughout the Texas Hill Country and South-Central Texas, operating a transport network that reaches major hubs including San Antonio, Austin, and Houston.
